Highlands Medispa is the non-surgical arm of Highlands Plastic Surgery. Overseen by specialist plastic surgeon Dr Adrian Sjarif, the medispa is a sanctuary for transformative non-surgical cosmetic services in the Southern Highlands.
For many patients, the necessary down-time required for most surgical procedures is not possible due to busy work schedules and family commitments. Life goes on however, and the aging process goes on with it. Wrinkle treatment
Wrinkle relaxers are an effective treatment in reducing facial wrinkles caused by continual and repeated contraction of the muscles on the face. By relaxing the underlying muscles, this medication can reduce tired or stressed-looking facial lines and provide a more youthful look. Our cosmetic nurse Kate, is passionate about striving for a natural relaxed result. Wrinkle relaxers can be used to treat a variety of areas such as Forehead lines, frown lines, and crows feet. Wrinkle relaxers can also be used to manipulate muscles, this includes treating areas such as facial slimming/teeth grinding, gummy smile, downturned mouth, and lip flip.
Volume loss treatment
Our volume loss treatment is a non-surgical approach designed to rejuvenate your appearance with immediate results. This treatment helps to restore lost volume and address fine lines, whilst providing a natural look. This treatment is also used to enhance areas such as the lips. We believe in subtle enhancements that are sustainable and not too far from your baseline, your safety is the priority and we want you to leave still looking and feeling like you.
Collagen Biostimulator
Collagen stimulators help replenish lost collagen by gradually stimulating and increasing an individual's natural collagen production. This treatment is designed to restore skin firmness whilst supporting the structure of your skin from within.
Our Team
Richeal Connolly
Richeal brings over a decade of extensive experience in dermal therapy, with her advanced knowledge of cosmetic chemistry, energy-based devices, skin needling and hydroxy acid peels. Her expertise lies in understanding the structure, functions and condition of the skin to tailor sophisticated facial treatments. She is passionate about providing results driven treatment plans and debunking skincare misinformation to educate clients with practical evidence-based advice.
Only recently moving to the south coast, Richeal has worked in Sydney with a dedicated client base of A-List celebrities, international models, beauty editors and fellow industry experts. She has been featured in several media publications not only for her excellence in skin therapy but her exclusive massage style which fuses Lymphatic, Swedish, Shiatsu and deep tissue massage.
She is currently studying nursing which will allow her to add other non-surgical treatment offerings to her already expansive repertoire.

Katie, Experienced Aesthetic Nurse (RN)
Katie has been a cosmetic nurse for over 10 years and has crafted an excellent aesthetic eye for detail and results. With this experience, she implements sophisticated treatment plans tailored to each client to harmonise facial features and have them feeling like a fresher version of themselves.
Katie believes in the combination of cosmetic procedures and advanced skin treatments to optimise client outcomes and satisfaction, maintaining a strong focus on skin health and routine.
Her clients range in age from 18 to 80. Katie loves the variety in treating clients for correction, prevention, and maintenance.
Dr Adrian Sjarif
BSc, MBBS (Hons), MS, FRACS (Plast)
Dr Sjarif is a dual fellowship trained Specialist Plastic Surgeon with Fellowship training in Australia and sub-specialty fellowship training from Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital in New York City.
He specialises in aesthetic surgery of the breast & body as well as facial aesthetic surgery and rhinoplasty
